Q. How much does it cost to rent the venue?

Q. How many guests can sixty five hundred accommodate?

A.

We can hold events up to 1,000 guests for a standing reception in our Full Rental. However, our venue is rented progressively to accommodate events of all sizes. Please view our rental options for detailed capacities.

Q. How can I check to see if my date is available?

A.

Please contact our events team and they can advise you on our current availability.

Q. What is included in the venue rental fee?

A.

Dining furniture for up to 200 guests is included along with our bar facades, state-of-the-art sound system, downwash LED lighting, and our beautifully furnished green room/wedding suite. With the full rental, 70 linear feet of white pipe-and-drape is included.

Q. If my guest count exceeds 200, can I rent additional chairs?

A.

Yes, we have 100 more chairs on site and available for rental. If your guest count is greater than 300 guests, we are happy to recommend outside rental companies.

Q. How much time do I receive with my venue rental?

A.

You receive a total of 12 hours with your facility rental including set-up and event time, with a hour and a half of strike time for your vendors. All events must conclude midnight unless you wish to purchase additional hours.

Q. Can two events happen simultaneously on my event day?

A.

No, we will never book two events on the same day. You have the exclusive right to the venue during your event.

Q. Am I required to use a certain caterer at sixty five hundred?

A.

Yes, sixty five hundred has an exclusive catering list. Download our Preferred Catering List to view our wonderful partners.

Q. Are there any exclusive arrangements with other vendors?

A.

We have an open-vendor policy aside from our valet and catering companies. Please contact our events team to view our exclusive valet list.

Q. Is there a kitchen on site that my event caterer can use?

A.

We have an expansive, catering prep-kitchen that is available to your caterer where final food preparations may be made. As a prep-kitchen, there is not an exhaust hood and the use of commercial cooking equipment is prohibited. Convection ovens and fryers are not permitted inside the building.

Q. As there is only a catering prep-kitchen inside the venue, can caterers cook onsite?

A.

Yes, we have a dedicated area located outside by our dock where onsite cooking may take place. There are anchors in the concrete for proper tent set-ups.

Q. What is your alcohol policy?

A.

Outside alcohol is permitted but must be served by TABC certified bartenders.

Q. Can I host both my wedding ceremony and reception at sixty five hundred?

A.

Yes, all wedding ceremonies are permitted and may be hosted in conjunction with your reception.

Q. Do you have any overnight guest accommodations?

A.

We do not have any sleeping accommodations at sixty five hundred, however, the Doubletree by Hilton Dallas-Love Field is located just behind our property. For room reservations and special rates, please contact our events team.
