A world without flowers is – well, we don’t even want to think about it! Floral arrangements can completely transform a wedding reception venue. For this winter wedding at sixty five hundred, the floral was definitely a highlight in the wedding décor, and Branching Out Floral and Event Design executed this whimsical aesthetic flawlessly. An asymmetric floral arch with luscious greenery and pops of white and light pink roses framed the couple as they said their nuptials in front of their loved ones. This beautiful installation added a romantic feel as it outlined the perfect altar for the bride and groom.
The floral installations progressed throughout the space and into the cocktail area. Over the square bar hung multiple geometric spheres with flowy floral accents. They were once again filled with greenery, along with a mix of vibrant pink flowers! We loved the idea of bringing the floral focus higher, allowing for more space on the bar for trendy lamps and signs for the signature drinks. Wedding and event planner Jaqueline Hill, from Jacqueline Events, worked with the couple and Branching Out to design this picture-perfect bar scene.
Food stations from around the world made for a perfect addition to this captivating wedding. Did you notice the chalkboard menu behind the station? Méldeen, an Austin based company, artfully customized and hand designed each menu. In addition, each bar was adorned with an organic floral arrangement which brought the entire space together. No complaints here as the arrangements were magical, bringing life to each space in the reception venue.
Take a step into the garden for the enchanting cake cutting. This floral backdrop drew similarities from the ceremony arch, but this time with a mix of greenery, thistle, roses and peonies. It brought springtime garden feels to a chilly December night in Dallas as the garland weaved mystically through the steel arch. The couple’s tiered white cake, provided by Annie’s Culinary Creations, also received a small garland of flowers to tie this charming corner together.
Our bride ended the night holding her new husband close, taking her beautiful bouquet with her at the end of the night. Not only did they have a brass instrument led exit, but their guests surrounded them with sparklers and sent well wishes on their new adventure together. A moment captured by Kassie Moore Photography.
